Translation Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

LeerNovela provides multilingual access to web novels. This policy explains how translations are produced, reviewed and improved.

Translation approach

Translations may combine automated processing, AI assistance and manual review. The purpose is to make stories more accessible while preserving readability, character names, setting terms and chapter continuity.

Translation quality can vary by source text, genre vocabulary and chapter complexity. We treat translation as an ongoing editorial process rather than a one-time file conversion.

Quality checks

Our workflow checks for missing chapters, incomplete output, unusually high source-language remnants, broken formatting and metadata mismatches.

When a translation does not meet the expected reading standard, it may be regenerated, edited, hidden from promotion or excluded from quality-sensitive surfaces.

Names, terms and style

For recurring names, places, cultivation systems, items or skill names, we aim to keep terminology consistent across chapters. Keyword and glossary workflows help reduce drift.

Some terms may be intentionally preserved in romanized or source-language form when a direct translation would be confusing.

Report a translation issue

If you find a confusing sentence, missing chapter, wrong name or broken formatting, email contact@leernovela.com with the page URL and a short note. Reader reports help prioritize fixes.
