Editorial Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
LeerNovela is built for readers who want an organized, readable and multilingual web-novel library. This policy explains how we select, present and maintain content so readers and reviewers can understand the standards behind the site.
How we select novels
We prioritize stories that fit clear reader interests such as fantasy, romance, adventure, action, mystery, comedy, gaming and science fiction. Selection is based on reader demand, genre balance, chapter availability, readability and whether the work can be presented with adequate context.
A novel should not appear on the site only because it can be imported. We aim to provide enough information for readers to decide whether a story is worth their time before opening the first chapter.
Editorial value added by LeerNovela
Our long-term goal is to turn each novel page into a useful guide, not a bare chapter directory. Editorial work may include summaries, genre explanation, reading order, audience notes, character and setting context, update status and translation notes.
Pages that do not yet have enough editorial context may be improved over time or held back from promotional surfaces until they meet our quality expectations.
Translation and quality review
Some translated content may be assisted by automated translation or AI tools. We use review workflows to check missing chapters, incomplete translations, obvious formatting problems and reader-reported issues.
When a page is corrected, we may update the translation, remove low-quality output, add notes or temporarily withhold pages from indexing until the reading experience is acceptable.
Corrections and reader feedback
Readers can report broken pages, incorrect metadata, missing chapters, translation problems or copyright concerns by email. Reports should include the page URL and a short description of the issue.
We review reports and prioritize issues that affect readability, rights compliance or user trust.
