Chapter 611: The Nine Secrets Stir the Clouds
"What kind of creature is this?" Ye Fan was greatly startled.
The three creatures all had humanoid forms, but they were completely covered in silver scales, with rows of bone spurs, over half a foot long, growing from their spines. They looked anything but benevolent.
Yet, as the silver light flickered, they appeared quite sacred, not like undead spirits at all. Each creature had a pair of silver wings; when they flapped, the silver light flashed, and the void could be torn apart.
"Are they ancient creatures? That shouldn't be; most of them are in the Eastern Wasteland. These... are extremely similar to the Flying Heavenly Yakshas. Legend says they are formed from the corpses of peerless experts from the ancient era after their death. Each one is terrifyingly powerful."
Ye Fan's heart pounded violently. If that were true, these were three demons. Their exact cultivation levels were hard to estimate, but they were definitely not something he could provoke.

"Who else could it be? The Holy Maiden of the Yin Yang Sect brought some people, along with Yan Yunluan. They attacked Li Heishui and the others together and beat them severely."
"They're tired of living. I'll wait for them outside the Extraordinary Scholars Mansion and kill them all. Not one of them will live!" Ye Fan knew this was definitely aimed at him. They must have learned of his relationship with those few.
"Li Heishui had many bones broken. He can only get out of bed now." Pang Bo said with hatred.
"Good, I'll quietly wait for them to come out. You go back now and help me gather information." Ye Fan said.
Soon after, Ye Fan arrived outside the Extraordinary Scholars Mansion and waited quietly before the mountain gate, muttering to himself, "If one comes out, I'll kill one. If a pair comes out, I'll kill a pair!"
He held a scroll in his hand. There were eleven people depicted on it, all of whom had made a move and nearly crippled Li Heishui.
