Chapter 451: Battle of Yin and Yang
“Such audacity! Let me see who dares to slight our Yin Yang Sect!” Several elders at the Dragon Transformation Secret Realm swept through the air, their words icy cold and murderous.
With a hum, the air split apart as the lion-dragon ferocious beast lunged in to kill, stirring up towering black bell waves like monstrous tides that nearly engulfed Ye Fan.
“Buzz!”
Brilliant light blazed in the void. Ye Fan’s entire body shone golden. His great sword swept across the sky as he brought it down in a vertical slash. With a “pfft,” he cleaved the lion-dragon in two with a single stroke.
The vast bell waves were instantly extinguished, like a roaring beast suddenly choked by the throat. The sound vanished abruptly, the sky-filling bell waves disappeared, leaving not a trace of energy.
“Clang!”
The Dragon Transformation elder, with his great bell overhead, charged forward himself. With a thunderous crash, the purple giant bell flew out like a mountain, pressing down to trap Ye Fan.
“Boom!”
The bell loomed like a peak, soaring into the sky, blotting out the heavens and earth. It instantly covered Ye Fan beneath it, emitting a roar like a tsunami—vast and overwhelming!
The colossal bell descended, intending to shake Ye Fan into dust, to refine him into ashes, its vibrations stirring heaven and earth.
“Crack”
Suddenly, the great bell shattered. The Dragon-Pattern Blackgold Holy Spirit Sword in Ye Fan’s hand, like a black true dragon, split the giant bell apart as he burst out.
This Dragon Transformation elder snorted coldly but did not dodge. He had actually cultivated a Divine Phenomenon and cast it down to envelop Ye Fan.
It was a patch of gray, murky mist, forming its own small world. Within a hundred zhang radius, he stood at its center. It could corrode all living things, was invincible and unstoppable, and he believed it would turn Ye Fan into pus and blood.
Yet Ye Fan strode in as if on a leisurely walk, raised his sword, and struck. The black light split the sky, and with a “pfft,” he sent the elder’s head flying.
“What’s happening? What just happened? Why was Elder Li frozen by his own Divine Phenomenon, unable to move?!”
Everyone cried out in shock, their eyes wide with disbelief. Ye Fan cutting down a Dragon Transformation cultivator like slicing garden vegetables left them stunned.
“He is… the Sacred Body Ye Fan! Don’t use your Divine Phenomenon in front of him!” Several figures flew in from the distant sky, carrying such a warning.
“What? He’s that Sacred Body? How did he get to our Yin Yang Sect’s vital ground?!” Many exclaimed, sensing grave trouble.
Most of them came from Central Province. Though they had heard of the Sacred Body, few had seen him in person. Panic erupted instantly.
Everyone now knew the Sacred Body was nearing his end, with little time left to live. Even his sworn enemies avoided provoking him, never expecting him to show up here.
“Ye Fan, you may have some renown, but that doesn’t mean you can provoke our Yin Yang Sect!” Several Dragon Transformation elders wore grim expressions.
“I’m not the one provoking you—you provoked me. You kidnapped Little Nannan and imprisoned her. You deserve death!” His voice was icy, his killing intent even fiercer.
Pang Bo, Tu Fei, and Li Heishui sneered coldly, drawing their weapons, ready to fight.
“Woof…” The Big Black Dog, who had been missing, also charged out, its mouth reeking of medicinal herbs—clearly it had been pillaging the sect’s medicine storehouse.
Ye Huiling stood in the shadows, her true face hidden. As a cultivator from Central Province, the Yin Yang Sect was too vast; if discovered, she would face great trouble in the future.
Below, the children were already crying in terror. Even Little Nannan was uneasy. Though Ye Fan had covered her eyes, she still whispered, “Nannan is scared…”
“Nannan, don’t be afraid.” Ye Fan covered her with divine light, a sacred aura spreading, making her feel warm and safe.
“Swish!”
Three Yin Yang Sect Dragon Transformation elders advanced together, surrounding Ye Fan, ready to join forces and kill him.
“So what if you’re the Sacred Body? Even with a Divine King protecting you, you came to our doorstep to attack. Killing you would be justified!”
“Boom!”
Their killing intent burst forth as they struck simultaneously, each offering up their weapons. Red blood light and black death light surged like an ocean, blasting the sky apart!
“Dong”
Ye Fan stood unmoved. His Splendid Mountains and Rivers Divine Phenomenon emerged—a magnificent small world with towering peaks reaching the sky, ancient trees scraping the heavens, and silver waterfalls cascading down.
He stood at the pinnacle. All attacks that entered his Divine Phenomenon dissolved into nothing. He swung his black holy sword, and the entire phenomenon moved with him like a living world.
The splendid mountains and rivers stretched endlessly, covering the entire sky!
The three were shocked and tried to retreat, but they couldn’t outrun the phenomenon’s speed. They were instantly trapped within. Fear gripped them—being suppressed by the Sacred Body’s Divine Phenomenon meant nine deaths and one chance of life. This was common knowledge.
“Boom!”
Though they struggled to break free, three great peaks rose from the magnificent landscape and crushed down on them.
“Dragon Transformation, and you dare show off in front of me?!”
Ye Fan swung his black holy sword, beheading the three pinned beneath the peaks. Blood gushed forth, stunning everyone.
“Junior, how dare you!” Several more figures flew in and attacked Ye Fan.
“Are we invisible to you?” Pang Bo sneered, his eyes like silver moons, shooting out two dragon-shaped white beams of terrifying power.
He unleashed the Demon Emperor Nine Slashes—Form Extinction!
This sacred art was immensely powerful. Back then, even Ye Fan and the Big Black Dog had suffered greatly from it, and only the Nine Secrets could counter it!
“Junior, who are you?” A Dragon Transformation elder, seemingly unaware of the danger, raised an ancient shield to block.
“Bang!”
The ancient shield shattered. The dragon-shaped silver beam was unstoppable, piercing him in an instant, shattering him on the spot, leaving not even blood mist behind.
“Ah…” Everyone screamed.
“Who is he? So terrifying! He killed a Dragon Transformation First Transformation elder in one blow, reducing him to ashes!”
This was Pang Bo’s strongest sacred art. He had only mastered the first three of the Demon Emperor Nine Slashes, but they were devastating. Now at the Four Extremes Great Perfection, killing a cultivator one minor realm higher was no strain.
“Kill!”
Ye Fan struck again. His Divine Phenomenon unfolded, sweeping all before him. These men were no prodigies like Hua Yunfei; though also at Dragon Transformation First Transformation, their combat power was far inferior.
The phenomenon stretched endlessly, sealing heaven and earth, trapping the enemies.
“Pfft,” “Pfft,” “Pfft”
With his first sword, he sent a head flying, blood splattering; with the second, he cleaved another in two, blood gushing; with the third, he sliced a Dragon Transformation elder diagonally in half, staining the sky red.
Ye Fan’s black hair flew wildly, his eyes cold and fierce. He moved as if through an empty land, killing three in a row, stunning all the Yin Yang Sect’s experts. The Dragon-Pattern Blackgold Holy Spirit Sword in his hand dripped with blood as he stood like a god or demon.
Everyone retreated to the distant sky, not daring to approach.
“Swish”
Ye Fan reached out a golden giant hand, grabbing the sealed middle-aged beauty from the ground. “Where is your Holy Maiden?”
“Cough…” An aged cough sounded. An old woman, leaning on a staff, decrepit and frail, walked step by step through the void.
Several Dragon Transformation elders followed behind, clustering around her, along with many Dao Palace Secret Realm cultivators.
“Dragon Transformation Fourth Transformation!” Pang Bo was startled. This was a true great enemy, far above those First Transformation elders.
“Young man, you really don’t know your place, coming to cause trouble in the Yin Yang Sect’s vital ground,” the old woman said. Though her body was withered, her eyes were as cold as a viper’s.
“You kidnapped Little Nannan here, yet you blame me for causing trouble? So overbearing—truly worthy of a supreme great sect!” Ye Fan sneered.
“Isn’t she just a forgetful little girl? What does it matter?” The old woman was indifferent, not taking it seriously at all. She glanced contemptuously at Little Nannan, then fixed her eyes on Ye Fan. “You’re just a dying Sacred Body, a dead man walking, yet you stir up such a storm. Let me send you on your way early!”
“Old thing, I’ll be the one to send you on your way, then go kill your Holy Maiden!” Ye Fan retorted coldly.
