Chapter 7: The Five-Colored Earthen Altar
The event happened too suddenly; everything before their eyes surpassed imagination!
"This..." The crowd couldn't believe it.
Yet the nine dragon corpses and that bronze coffin lay right ahead, an ironclad fact before their eyes!
All of this severely defied common sense, overturning people's understanding, and everyone's thoughts were violently impacted.
During the chaos that had just erupted, Ye Fan's group hadn't fled in panic. They gathered together, only believing it was real when they saw the Jade Emperor—otherwise, how could there be so many five-colored round altars? The bronze ancient coffin had smashed a huge crater into the ground. The group had already moved to the other side of the giant bronze coffin, and looking down, they were once again stunned.
Beneath the deep pit was a super altar, not built from earth but entirely from five-colored giant stones, steadily bearing the twenty-meter-long bronze ancient coffin without any cracks.
This oversized five-colored stone altar was clearly different from the other earthen altars. Located at the central position of the Jade Emperor Summit, it was majestic and far larger than those earthen ones.
The falling bronze coffin had an immense impact force, yet it hadn't cracked even a single gap on it, with no damage whatsoever. It was hard to imagine what kind of strange stones it was built from.
On this large five-colored divine altar, besides the bronze ancient coffin, there were also many jade blocks and stone slabs piled up, all exuding an ancient aura.
Both the jade blocks and stone slabs were inscribed with extremely mysterious ancient characters, even more primitive than the oracle bone script seen on the five-colored earthen altars. They were nearly like celestial script or pictographic symbols.
On that oversized five-colored stone altar, a large row of such jade blocks and stone slabs was neatly arranged, not destroyed by the bronze coffin, arousing suspicion.
"We should leave here quickly." Ye Fan and Zhou Yi spoke simultaneously, urging the group.

The stone that had been stepped on rolled down into the pit with a "rumbling" sound, then "banged" heavily against the five-colored altar.
The oversized stone altar immediately emitted a hazy five-colored glow. Everyone felt a tremendous force envelop their bodies, their legs as if bound with lead, unable to move a single step.
"Bang"
The five-colored stone altar kept vibrating, causing even the Jade Emperor Summit to tremble. The group standing at the edge of the giant pit felt the world spin, but they couldn't move an inch, all tumbling down into the pit.
The group landed on the five-colored stone altar, fear gripping everyone's hearts!
