Chapter 937: Three Longsword Bros
A wave of "So delicious" comments instantly flooded the barrage.
"Hahaha, what did A-Xue say before? She was definitely going to solo the Diablos, right?"

Lin Xue sighed helplessly and explained, "This isn't my fault. It's not that I'm a coward—this is Serent's conspiracy!"
"Look, the Diablos is this tough. It's clearly not designed for solo play! Obviously, teaming up is the correct way to go!"
"Don't call me carried. As long as I can clear it, that's all that matters. Who cares if I'm cutting corners? A hunter's business—can you call it cutting corners? Hunters are supposed to help each other. Human society only developed through division of labor and cooperation... Anyway, I'm sending out an SOS signal!"
Ignoring the barrage of teasing comments, Lin Xue noticed that her viewers were surprisingly reliable. Less than a minute after she sent out the SOS signal, the squad was full.
The other three teammates were also incredibly quick to act, already eating the canteen meal and preparing for battle.
But when Lin Xue saw their equipment, her heart sank.

"Your weapons... well, let's just fight first."
Lin Xue hesitated to speak. She had played the longsword herself and knew that using it against a Diablos was pure torture—it was way too easy to bounce off. But she didn't want to openly discriminate against the weapon type. What if one of these guys was a longsword master who could carry her?
As they made their way to the Diablos's location, the four chatted.
"A-Xue, come take a photo with me."
"A-Xue, can I get an autograph?"
"By the way, have you all fought the Diablos before?"
"Never fought it. I just unlocked this quest too."
"I haven't either, but I've watched a video. Doesn't seem like a big deal."
"Alright, since you've watched the video, you carry us. We'll just slack off."

These three longsword bros didn't even know the Diablos's moves! This squad... was it a toy squad or what??

Arriving at the Diablos's lair, the four spread out slightly, each ready to draw their weapons.

The Diablos let out a deafening roar, and all four were stuck in place, covering their ears. The beast then kicked the ground with its hind legs and charged straight at them!
"Dodge!" Lin Xue shouted as she rolled to the side. The other three reacted well too, all scattering out of the way. The charge didn't hit anyone.
Lin Xue breathed a sigh of relief. At least these three longsword bros had decent reflexes.
But before she could steady herself, the Diablos launched another charge.
Fighting with four people did ease the pressure a bit. This charge wasn't aimed at Lin Xue, so she nocked an arrow and prepared to shoot.
What she didn't expect was that all three longsword bros, without any coordination, charged straight at the Diablos's charge!
Lin Xue: "???"
She was completely baffled. What were these guys thinking?!
Then she heard three voices shout in unison: "Foresight Slash!!"
Lin Xue almost wanted to mute the squad voice chat. Shouting out the move's name while using it was way too cringey, okay?!
But seeing the three of them strike the Foresight Slash pose in perfect sync, Lin Xue felt a surge of surprise.

If used well, it could counter any attack!

But before Lin Xue could get excited, she saw the Diablos barrel through like a speeding train, rumbling as it slammed into the wall!

She looked at the three longsword bros...
Where were they?
One was hanging from the Diablos's horn.

"A-Xue's exact words were: 'Even if I cart ten more times, get skewered by the Diablos, or go fight a Rathalos, I will never use the Slice Ammo cheat to cut corners!'"
