Sensing the terrifying killing intent behind him, Tang Yusheng gripped the Sky-Piercer Halberd, pivoted his body, and hurled it forcefully at Cao Yuan!
The Sky-Piercer Halberd cleaved through the air. The frozen seawater below suddenly churned, curling like a flame trail behind the halberd shaft. Carrying a deafening sonic boom, it smashed toward the face of the demon-possessed Cao Yuan!
Cao Yuan gripped the blade with both hands, a savage grin on his face as he slashed at the tip of the Sky-Piercer Halberd. A visible shockwave rippled outward. Under the halberd's tremendous force, he spat a mouthful of blood and tumbled toward the sea surface like a broken kite.

But in that brief window, thick ice had already frozen the stagnant sea surface. Massive ice pillars locked around Tang Yusheng's feet as a figure nimbly swept overhead.
Long, slender arms emerged from An Qingyu's waist, rapidly forming seals in front of his chest. Finger shadows bloomed like a lotus flower as crimson lightning intertwined before him!

A bolt of crimson lightning split the sky, instantly engulfing Tang Yusheng, who had been frozen in place. The snow-white ice surface shattered under the thunder's impact. Countless electric arcs danced across the water's surface, forming what looked like a crimson thunder domain.
From within the churning lightning, a white-robed figure slowly walked out. Except for slightly singed corners of his clothing, there was hardly a scratch on his body.
Seeing this, An Qingyu's brow creased tightly behind his glasses. A howling wind suddenly came from behind him.
