Chapter 443: Complete Overwhelm

At this moment, Wu Xiaonan and Kong Hui were like mirror images—whatever Wu Xiaonan did, Kong Hui followed suit.
This immediately made Kong Cheng and the others behind them stop in their tracks to avoid falling into the same trap.
"Good opportunity!" Gan Qing seized the moment and leaped out from behind Wu Xiaonan, shooting a green light toward her brow!
Logically, since Kong Hui was under Wu Xiaonan's control and mechanically following along with the bizarre health exercises, even if the other players didn't step in personally, they would have used props to protect her. Yet the several big men behind her were all indifferent, including her brother Kong Cheng.
However, Gan Qing and the others had no time to dwell on this; they struck to finish off Kong Hui.
Unfortunately, neither Gan Qing's green light nor Miao Yu's Tang Dao could harm her, because a transparent force barrier appeared around Kong Hui, only becoming visible when attacked.
After the failed strike, intense regret flickered in Gan Qing and Miao Yu's eyes, but it didn't last long, as two other players flanked in from the sides.
Facing Gan Qing was the black-shirted player Lou Fu, while the one meeting Miao Yu was Kong Cheng.
Gan Qing was no match for Lou Fu. Whether in props or physical ability, he fell behind within a few exchanges. Fortunately, Wan Yunrong assisted him from the side, sparing him an immediate death.
Over here, the two-on-one barely held even, but Miao Yu wasn't so lucky. Kong Cheng was on an entirely different level from the others. With a single "Selective Hit," he pinned her firmly against the wall, breaking one of her ribs, then dragged her back with "Grasp."
"Relationship Breakdown!" Chu Yuan seized the moment and threw out a hedgehog toy.
Kong Cheng was shifted ten meters away, but the frustrating part was that Miao Yu was also carried along. Fortunately, she reacted quickly enough to drive her twin blades into the ground, and Chu Yuan rushed over to pull her, finally freeing her from Kong Cheng's "Grasp."
But during this brief stalemate, Chu Yuan's props and trait effects wore off. Kong Cheng swiftly moved in front of the two, holding a very delicate little broom and sweeping it toward them:
"Crush the Trash."
It looked like a harmless prop, but when Miao Yu crouched and blocked with her twin blades, the blades were sliced into over a dozen pieces at half-centimeter intervals!
Both of them stared in shock at the sight, but one prop was only enough to block once. Soon, the second sweep came!
"Go!" Miao Yu didn't hesitate, grabbing Chu Yuan and fleeing. The tailwind of the broom struck the wall, carving over a dozen meter-long blade marks into it!
"Damn, this guy is way too strong!" Chu Yuan couldn't help shouting, running while calling out to Wu Xiaonan.
Wu Xiaonan's trait time hadn't expired yet, and confident in her self-protection window, she was reluctant to give up this good chance. But before she could hesitate, Kong Cheng walked over, flipped his broom, and said to her: "Sweep the Trash."
Wu Xiaonan, still doing the health exercises, was forcibly pushed over ten meters away, and her trait time ended.
"Run now!" Wan Yunrong threw out a large number of cleansing talismans and tossed a thunderball, plunging the entire corridor into water and lightning. She then split into two figures and turned to flee.
But what no one expected was that even under these circumstances, Kong Cheng could precisely use his traits and props. He used "Random Grasp" again, firmly catching the real Wan Yunrong. As he dragged her back, a long sword flew out through the flashing lightning!
Wan Yunrong's offensive props were useless here. Though she used a defensive prop, it might not block Kong Hui's sword. In that critical moment, a fire hose flew out from ahead, wrapped around her waist, and rescued her!
The lightning quickly dissipated, and Wan Yunrong and the others escaped the corridor. Kong Cheng and his somewhat battered companions didn't pause but pursued.
"They've split up," Kong Hui said, hearing the footsteps.
"No need to bother with them. Catch whoever we can, kill whoever we can," Kong Cheng replied, still not splitting his group, instead following the wet footprints on the floor.
They soon found Miao Yu hiding not far from the elevator. Injured, Miao Yu could barely withstand Kong Cheng's group's attacks. After several close dodges, she used a hovering prop to leap to the elevator doors, trying to open them and leave this floor.
But Kong Hui wouldn't let her go so easily. She signaled Tong Jian to spray glue on the elevator to seal the doors, then spun her twin swords and stepped forward. However, after two steps, she sensed something wrong and immediately stopped the others, but another player with a severed hand had already walked forward.
Numbered grids appeared beneath their feet.
Kong Hui tried to leap out of the grids but failed. Moving to other grids was also impossible. She turned and called out, "Brother."
Kong Cheng swung his prop broom, but this time, unlike when he swept Wu Xiaonan away, he couldn't push Kong Hui and the other out of the grids.
"This prop isn't within my effect range," Kong Cheng said calmly. "Just watch yourself."
At that moment, several porcelain dolls flew in from different directions. Lou Fu frowned at the sight. "These things stink to high heaven!"
As the porcelain hit the ground, a thick stench surged up. Even Kong Hui covered her nose under the assault, while Kong Cheng, expressionless, grabbed toward the direction one of the dolls came from. But what he pulled out wasn't a person—it was another porcelain doll.
This time, his brow furrowed slightly. He dashed into that direction and raised his broom.
What blocked the broom this time was "Let You Run Six and a Half Meters First." The prop shattered on impact, and a wallet fell to the ground, along with Kong Cheng's broom.
With Kong Cheng's reaction speed, he could definitely retrieve his prop before it hit the ground. But at that moment, he saw the eyes in the darkness.
The moment he met those eyes, he instinctively retreated and used another prop to reclaim his broom.
However, Xu Huo had already grabbed his broom and swung his sword at him!
At this distance, the only usable prop would be a long-range attack prop, so Kong Cheng immediately activated a defensive prop. But the sword's energy slice didn't reach him—it landed on the severed-hand player.
That player had been carrying defensive props, but the moment he stepped onto the number grids, Chu Yuan and Gan Qing had joined forces to destroy two of his protective props. Under their repeated attacks, he was caught off guard and trapped inside an iron cabinet. When the sword energy passed, he and the cabinet were sliced in two.
The cabinet didn't fall, but blood began seeping from beneath it.
"Your sword..." Kong Cheng frowned at the crimson sword in Xu Huo's hand and used "Random Grasp" on him.
But this time, he only caught another porcelain doll, because the man across from him had thrown it out the moment he acted.
"Your trait can only target the nearest object within range, can't it?" Xu Huo said, looking at him.
