The android displayed a contract. "Patients who check in at a low self-funded rate can choose whether or not to participate in drug trials."

Xu Huo followed her advice and went to find Supervisor Zuo.

Xu Huo paid the small sum. However, as he left the hospital area and returned to his residence, he happened to run into the female doctor coming back from a date outside. She looked him over and said, "You didn't give Supervisor Zuo money, did you?"

The female doctor let out an ambiguous laugh. "You don't even know if he can get it done, and you already gave him money. You really are paying to work."
The next day, when Xu Huo went to the hospital area again, he learned from others that a newcomer must be assigned a certain amount of work in their first month, or else it's the supervisor's dereliction of duty.
Supervisor Zuo didn't seem embarrassed at all. He privately found Xu Huo and promised to arrange some patients who didn't like to cause trouble.

So Xu Huo found those two patients and had them dance at home for an hour, then they changed their reviews.
Supervisor Zuo was very satisfied with his tactfulness.
