Xu Huo selectively skipped the biased description in the middle. Props naturally belonged to whoever obtained them. There was no concept of returning them here.
As for the Quadrilateral Pyramid, it most likely pointed to an unfixed game zone. It came from a secret experimenter using 017 for xenomorph experiments, and behind it might be Stellar Pharmaceuticals or similar organizations.
