Secondly, after entering, Nie Xuan had already explained the general situation to Sha Chuan and the other two. In simple terms, it was like countless enormous buildings floating in this space. Of course, we have them too, but we tend to display the gods' forms. In many other myths and legends, the palaces built don't directly have statues of the gods. Instead, they place things like symbolic objects or divine beasts to guard the temple, and then invite the gods to descend."
"But such a large scale is rare."
"No matter which religious belief, they wouldn't invite all the gods to live in the same neighborhood," Xu Huo casually responded. "Door facing door, door leaning against door. What if a worshiper walks into the wrong one? Wouldn't that be awkward?"
Wei Xiaoyi paused for a moment, then forced a smile. "Mr. Xu, you're quite humorous."
Xu Huo didn't look at her. Instead, he passed through the main hall at the front of the palace and walked along the side corridor deeper inside.
There were also many places inside the building where space had solidified. Some building bodies were directly stuck within spatial barriers, like fruit in jelly. As long as the spatial barrier collapsed, these buildings would collapse along with it.
Others had just barely avoided the buildings, like interlocking building blocks, just not as tightly.
Xu Huo chose places like these.

"Don't move around casually," Xu Huo warned. "There are sharp objects formed by rays next to you. Be careful not to get hurt."
Wei Xiaoyi quickly focused her mind and, following his direction, pushed the object under her hands to the right.
