# Chapter 1345: Infinity

Ever since obtaining the "Land," Qi Xia's state seemed even more prone to madness.

After all, all around him was pitch-black space, and beneath his feet was a faintly glowing land of flesh and blood.

He was sitting on the constantly pulsating earth, meditating, with no way whatsoever to stop himself from going insane.

Every time Qi Xia woke up, he would drastically increase the volume of the land beneath his feet. The crazier he became, the larger the sphere of flesh grew.

No one knew how much time had passed, but when Tianlong came to his senses, the "land" beneath their feet had become boundless and endless.

Each time, Qi Xia would slowly raise his head, gaze into the infinite darkness, and then mutter in a hoarse voice, "Why still no qualification..."

"White Sheep... what kind of 'qualification' are you pursuing?" Tianlong asked in confusion.

Over these decades, Tianlong's thinking had gradually begun to change. Although he still maintained an extraordinary clarity, the years had worn away all his aggression.

He had even begun to hope that Qi Xia would succeed.

Whatever the "qualification" he sought might be, Tianlong hoped Qi Xia could end this "Eternity" as soon as possible.

Several decades had already passed... How much longer until the "Eternity" he spoke of?

For an ordinary person, these decades of utter nothingness would be enough to be called "eternity," wouldn't they...?

But Tianlong had underestimated Qi Xia's determination.

He gradually discovered that what Qi Xia wanted was not just a piece of land.

It was a whole world.

Another who-knows-how-many years passed, and as if he had comprehended something, Qi Xia began to construct buildings on this land of flesh.

He forged skyscrapers from flesh, paved asphalt roads with bone fragments, and built roadside trees from skeletons.

Like the true god of this entire world, he would create the heavens and the earth upon waking, and then sink into a long slumber after exhausting all his strength.

He had experienced endless eternity and endured bone-deep loneliness.

Tianlong watched the way Qi Xia created the world with a mere gesture, unable to understand why he had to go this far.

He himself had once been like him, crafting everyone's dreams every time he awoke.

But all of that was done to stabilize his rule—if he didn't let those people rest for two days, giving them a brief chance to relax, the likelihood of their rebellion would increase infinitely.

But who was this man before him doing all this for?

There was no one else here. Only himself.

He could do anything he wanted.

Yet he was actually building a complete world of flesh.

This world had buildings of all sizes, vast seas of blood, and forests of severed fingers.

For what purpose would anyone go this far?

Although this world looked so terrifying, Tianlong actually saw in Qi Xia a divinity he hadn't witnessed in a very long time.

Tianlong roughly calculated that perhaps after a hundred years, or two hundred, this world under Qi Xia's construction had gradually taken on the appearance of the world in Tianlong's memory.

This was the scene within Baiyang's dream.

The only thing missing was people.

Qi Xia began to look up at the sky after waking. This space was faintly illuminated by the glowing earth, but the heavens were still an endless darkness.

"What exactly... qualifies as a 'world'?" Qi Xia murmured, staring at the sky. "The Void Space has a thousand billion doors connecting all worlds... why doesn't a door connect to my world?"

Tianlong listened to these words with a calm expression, initially thinking it was just more of Qi Xia's mad rambling. But a few seconds later, he sensed something was wrong, and he froze in place.

"Wait... White Sheep..." Tianlong turned his head to look at him. "What does that mean?!"

He could hardly believe it. Qi Xia had spent decades or even a hundred years building a world... just to summon a "Door"?

What kind of twisted logic was this?

It was as if he was making a wish to a true god, wishing for his world to be acknowledged.

He believed that if what he created could be considered a "world," then he would see a "Door."

Was this the "qualification" he spoke of?

What kind of madman could make such a decision...?

Tianlong then recalled that at the birth of this "world," Qi Xia had hinted at this bizarre sphere of flesh, saying, "You are the world here."

He wasn't just suggesting that this place was a "world"—he was implying that the "world" itself was a "world."

But soon Tianlong realized... aside from the one-in-ten-thousand possibility of Qi Xia's chosen path, there was no other conceivable way to find a glimmer of hope in this void, this pitch-black place.

No... Tianlong felt that if it were anyone else, they would have already gone completely insane by now.

They could only gradually lose themselves in this space that had nothing.

So Qi Xia had figured it out long ago. The only way to reach other worlds was through a "Door."

"Wait..."

A chill ran down Tianlong's spine, as if he had already foreseen his own future.

The "Train" had a total of three stops... In the best-case scenario, if a "Door" really did appear here, would it lead to the next stop?

And that next stop... could it also be nothingness?

What would Qi Xia do then?

At this thought, Tianlong's hair stood on end. He admitted that he was truly panicked now.

He could hardly imagine how he had endured such a long time... If all of this had to be repeated from scratch, he would be ten thousand times more miserable than now.

"Wh-White Sheep... You can hear me, right?" Tianlong said.

The entire space was dead silent, save for the sounds of skyscrapers rising from the world of flesh.

"White Sheep... I understand what 'Eternity' is now..." Tianlong said. "Stop torturing me... Get me out of this damn place..."

As expected, there was no answer.

"I promise I'll coexist peacefully with you in this world of flesh... I promise I won't seek revenge anymore..." Tianlong felt this was the first time he had ever begged someone so humbly, but he had no other choice. "We can renegotiate..."

When Tianlong realized that no matter what he said, no one would respond to him, he finally understood his current predicament.

He had fallen into a prison called "Eternity."

If he had been allowed in so easily, how could he possibly be let out?

"Eternity."

"What a 'Eternity'..." Tianlong laughed bitterly. "You're messing with me..."

He could only hope—in the dream even more so—that Qi Xia would succeed.

As long as he succeeded, Tianlong could escape this "Eternity."

But Qi Xia would always look up at the sky, and that sky never showed even a glimmer of light.

How could it be so easy to turn something built from flesh into a "world"?

Even if he really was a "Creator," the most terrifying creator in all of space, would the entire space acknowledge him?

This world gradually gained rivers, lakes, and seas. It had cities and villages.

Qi Xia even created a giant glowing eyeball that revolved around the entire world, simulating day and night.

But from beginning to end, there was not a single living person.

Tianlong knew where the problem lay.

Although Qi Xia had created countless "living things" to form the world, his state of mind was unstable.

He was unable to create a stable, healthy humanoid being.

A creator this insane could only produce malformed creatures.

So what could he do now?

After finishing building the entire world, Qi Xia began to construct his own home.

He rebuilt his room from flesh, as if trying to reclaim a trace of humanity. But the madness on his face told Tianlong that he had utterly failed.
