Qin Mu looked back and saw the Empress behind him. The woman had grown four arms and four legs, also clinging to the lotus stems, crawling down after him.
Compared to her, Qin Mu's magical power was far inferior. Although he had comprehended his own Dao of Reincarnation and Guixu, his strength was no match for this fused Guixu Goddess.
The Guixu Goddess was an attained Daoist, far more powerful than him.

He saw time rapidly flowing backward, the Great Ruins reappearing, and soon after, the thirty-three heavens forming the Kai Huang Heavenly Court, with countless celestial artisans forging it.
He continued forward. The twenty-thousand-year Kai Huang era quickly reached its beginning. The Primordial Realm was barren and dark—the ruins of the Shang Huang era.
Then, the glorious Shang Huang era emerged. Yue Tianzun and Ling Tianzun killed the Earth Mother and felled the Primordial Tree.
The Primordial Tree went from collapsed to standing tall. The Northern and Southern Shang Huang Heavenly Courts warred against each other, with demigods ruling the north and humans the south. The thirty-thousand-year Shang Huang era flashed by.

The Empress also landed on a giant lotus leaf. Lady Yuanmu said excitedly, "Now you have nowhere to run! Hand over the Dao of Reincarnation..."
Her voice trailed off as she looked up, dazed, at those enormous lotus stems.
There were seventeen stems in total, each representing a pair of twin lotuses.
Each pair of twin lotuses meant one Guixu Abyss.
In other words, this place connected to seventeen Guixu Abysses.
