The goddess frowned slightly and asked, "Am I called Tai Su?"
"In the future, people will call you that."
The woman Tai Yi smiled. "I have taken on a female form specifically to meet you. As fellow women, conversation might be easier."
Goddess Tai Su showed no interest in this and said, "You are thoughtful, fellow Daoist. Fellow Daoist, this Heavenly Venerate Mu is committing all sorts of evil. Why do you tolerate him? Look at what he has done—how tyrannical! He destroyed my divine egg, ruined my cultivation, and stole my primordial fluid. This enmity is irreconcilable! The woman Tai Yi laughed. "Fellow Daoist, we are both primordial sacred beings. We ourselves are the Dao. To harbor worldly desires is to lower our cultivation. Why quibble with him over such matters?"
Tai Su shook her head. "You have already attained the Dao! That's why you can be so magnanimous and detached. But my opportunity to attain the Dao has been shattered. I will never tolerate him! We sacred beings are born to be the masters of heaven and earth, the rulers of the universe. Look at fellow Daoist Tai Chu—how glorious he was! How vast his divine powers! If one has ambition, one must act on it. If one has hatred, one must wash it away with blood. Otherwise, what use is all this power?"
The woman Tai Yi frowned. "To be too deeply involved in the mundane world is to stray far from the Dao. Fellow Daoist Tai Su, your mortal heart is too heavy. It will likely be a great obstacle for you."
Tai Su sneered. "Fellow Daoist, your skills and divine powers are beyond my reach, but do not try to stop me. This vengeance I must exact!"
The woman Tai Yi tried to persuade her. "You conspired with Tai Shi to seize the world, rule over all realms, and eliminate dissidents. Because of this cause, you now reap this effect. Why continue down the wrong path?"
Tai Su's expression shifted, and she said angrily, "The place where Tai Shi and I discussed our plans was within that brat's eyes. The woman Tai Yi set down her small iron bucket, eyes lowered in contemplation. "Beside the Cosmic Tree, I cannot allow you to run amok. I can see all past and future, but here alone, I cannot. This place is the root of catastrophe. If you dare to act recklessly and damage this place, I will have no choice but to stop you."
Tai Su's eyes flashed with murderous intent. Just as she was about to strike, the woman Tai Yi flicked her finger. Tai Su felt the world spin and was sent flying out of the Ten Thousand Black Mountains, landing who knows where.
The woman Tai Yi sighed, picked up her bucket, and walked away. "Too much attachment makes it hard to attain the Dao. Fellow Daoists are hard to find, yet I alone cannot withstand this..."
Tai Su fell, her head spinning. After a moment, she recovered, burning with rage. "A biased wretch indeed! Fine, I'll reclaim my vein first, then kill that brat to avenge myself!"
With murderous intent, she rushed straight toward the Nu Xin clan's vein. When she reached Heavenly Venerate Gong's territory and looked into the distance, her expression changed. A divine weapon hung suspended above the Tai Su vein, suppressing everything!
The weapon was shaped like a cone, constantly shifting and splitting, then merging again. It stood upright, its tip pointing downward, radiating terrifying power!
"In my current state, I can't break in. That treasure is formidable. If I force my way in, I'll only suffer harm."
