Chapter 28: Pursuit Mark
Inside the Rose Wall, 10:20 AM.
Large sections of buildings within the wall had been destroyed by Titans, the city covered in wounds, with a few wisps of black smoke rising from the rubble.
Civilians gathered in terror beneath the Sina Wall, ready to retreat into the underground old district at any moment.
There was no longer any need for that. The breach in District Three had been sealed, and although District Two was breached, the Brotherhood had suffered few losses and quickly established a new defensive line there.
Members of the Survey Corps shuttled between buildings, clearing out the mindless Titans that had invaded the wall.
At this moment, in front of the District Three breach, the Titan that Eren had transformed into sat slumped before the massive boulder, sparks drifting from its body, threatening to vaporize at any moment.

Eren let out an unwilling roar, his gaze fixed on the other two boulders in the town.

Hange Zoe adjusted her glasses.

Since Eren could still move, the task of sealing the wall had to continue. Erwin began redeploying personnel to protect Eren.
Su Xiao hooked the ODM Gear's anchor line onto Eren's shoulder. Gas hissed as he stepped onto the Titan's shoulder.

Every step Eren took was difficult. In this state, he couldn't lift those two boulders.
Five minutes later, Eren's Titan arrived before one of the boulders.
"Eren, can you hear me?"
Su Xiao shouted from the Titan's shoulder.
Eren's Titan paused, its massive head nodding.

"Good, if you can hear me. Don't try to lift this stone. You definitely can't right now. Drag it. Push it to the entrance of District Two, over there."

Many contractors stared at Su Xiao with curious looks but said nothing. The situation was strange.
The Brotherhood's firepower had clearly intensified. After a coordinated charge, they pushed back the mindless Titans in the breach, and Eren arrived with the boulder.

The boulder completely sealed the breach. District Two's defense was successful.
Adam stood before his members, smiling at Su Xiao.
